Nocton Village
Nocton is a quiet and attractive village surrounded by open countryside on the south side of Lincoln, reputably dating back to Roman times. King Henry VII is believed to have visited in 1541 and is said to have planted a chestnut tree that still exists near the Hall. The village has a Hall, Village Hall and Post Office along with an excellent primary school, numerous walks, Public Footpaths, streams and woods.

The City of Lincoln
The truly beautiful and Historical City of Lincoln is a mere 7 miles away with its recently opened University, first class shopping, restaurants and Castle area, and not forgetting of course the stunning Cathedral, to be seen from over 50 miles around. At one time it was the tallest building in the world, and more recently it hit new heights appearing in the DeVinci Code, Tom Hanks block- buster movie.

Accessibility
Nocton has three major airports within easy reach, including Doncaster Finningley, East Midlands and Humberside with access to Newark (22miles) & Grantham (29miles) both having main line Stations direct to London’s King’s Cross along with the A1 & M1 motorways.

Amenities
